Topping up on England to reach the final at 8/6.2, Shaqiri to score any time vs Serbia 5/4.8, England Colombia and Japan all to win on Sunday 11/10.7 and Belgium Mexico Germany all to win on Saturday 3.8/3.7 (slim, we know!).
